Mr. Joseph Dogo was born on January 2nd, 1962 in Kwoi, Kaduna State, Nigeria.

He had his elementary education at the L.E.A Central Primary School, Kwoi (1969-1975) and
also attended Government Secondary School Dutsin-ma (1975-1980) for his secondary education.

He studied at the School of Basic Studies Zaria (1980-1981) for his Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) examination and the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where he bagged a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics (B.Sc Economics, 1984).

He has acquired nineteen (19) years of cognate working experience in both the public and private sectors especially in the Petroleum Downstream Operations.

He has attended several Managerial and International Courses on Downstream Operations, Total Management Quality and Management Consultancies amongst others.

He is married with children.
