Mr. S.N. Philip FCAI,CPA,ICN,MINIM,ANAN

 


Philip Salvation Ngazodo, a native of Numan in Adamawa State, was born on 27th, March, 1959.

He attended Imburu and Goron Primary Schools, Adamawa State (1971 – 1977), General Murtala Mohammed College, Yola (1977 – 1982) and Collage of preliminary studies, Yola (1982 - 1984). He proceeded to the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University for higher education where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from (1984 – 1988); and afterwards proceeded for his National Youth Service assignment in Benue State.

Mr. Philip Salvation Ngazodo bagged a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu Campus in the year 2000.
 

PRESENT POSITION

General Manager, Finance and Administration, Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency, Abuja.


WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 2001-2003 - Assistant Chief Accountant in charge of finance, Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Committee (PPPRC).
  • 1999 - 2000 - Assistant Chief Accountant, in charge of Finance and Supplies Department, Family Support Trust Fund (FSTF).
  • 1997 - 1999 - Principal Accountant and Head of Central Pay Office, Salaries and Wages, Federal Ministry of Health.
  • 1992 - 1996 - Internal Auditor I (National Council on Inter-Governmental Relations). Head Internal Audit, Head Supplies Division.
  • 1990 (Nov.) - 1991 - Budget Officer II, (MAMSER).
  • Internal Auditor II (MAMSER).
  • 1989 - 1990 - Administration Officer, People's Bank of Nigeria, FCT, Niger and Kwara zone.

Between 1992 and 1998, Mr. Philip Salvation Ngazodo served as Head of Finance and Supplies Department, at the Federal Psychiatric Hospital, Calabar, Cross-River State, Federal Medical Centre, Nguru, Yobe State, National Council on Inter-governmental Relations (NCIR), Abuja where he carried out the following Special Assignments.
  1. Reorganization/Establishment of Finance and Supply Department
  2. Development of Accounting Manual and Internal Audit Guide
  3. Production of Accounting Codes
  4. Budget preparation and Defence.

HOBBIES
