Victor Zamani Shidok was born on 12th May, 1962 in Yangal-Kamanton, Zango Kataf Local Government Area in Kaduna State, Nigeria.

He attended L.E.A Primary School in Kaduna State from (1969-1975), He proceeded for his Secondary Education at Govt. Sec. Sch. Kachia from (1975-1980); and thereafter obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University of Nigeria, Nsukka in the year 1989. Shidok V.Z, a bookworm he is, forged ahead for his Post-graduate studies in Anambra State University of Technology in 1999 with an award in PDG-Accounting and Msc. Economics in Ahmadu Bello University,2004 respectively. He had gathered over sixteen (16) years working experience in the public sector.

 

He is married with children.
